Call 855-648-7636 during business hours (Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 6 PM ET). A team member will cancel your subscription on the spot. Please have your order number or email address ready.

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Cancel My Subscription". Include your full name and the email address used for your order. We'll process your cancellation and confirm via email within 1 business day.

Important: Cancellations must be received before your next billing date to prevent the upcoming charge. Once cancelled, you will still receive any shipment that has already been processed or billed. There are no cancellation fees.

Will I be charged after I cancel?

No. Once your cancellation is confirmed, no further charges will be made. If a shipment was already billed before your cancellation was processed, that order will still be delivered, but no additional recurring charges will occur.

Can I change my subscription frequency?

Subscribe & Save subscriptions are set at a fixed 30-day interval and the frequency cannot be changed. If you need a different cadence, you can cancel your subscription and place individual orders at any time.

Can I skip a shipment instead of cancelling?

Yes. Contact us by phone or email and we can skip your next scheduled shipment. Your subscription will remain active and resume with the following cycle.

Can I resubscribe after cancelling?

Absolutely. You can start a new Subscribe & Save subscription at any time by visiting our shop and selecting the subscription option on any eligible product. Your 15% discount will apply immediately.

Is there a cancellation fee?

No. There are no cancellation fees. You can cancel your subscription at any time with no penalty.

How long does it take to process a cancellation?

Phone cancellations are processed immediately. Email cancellations are processed within 1 business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation is complete.
