1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website located at oaklineperformance.com (the "Site"), operated by Sunrise Living LLC ("we," "us," or "Oakline Performance"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not use the Site.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.

2. Products & Services

Oakline Performance offers dietary supplements, physical training gear, digital training programs, and downloadable resources through the Site. All product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes and are subject to change without notice.

We make every effort to display product colors and images accurately; however, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately reflect the actual product. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services offered. All descriptions of products and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in US dollars (USD). We accept major credit cards and debit cards. Tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state and local tax rates.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in the description or price of the product, or errors in your order. If your payment method has already been charged for a cancelled order, we will issue a full refund.

Charges on your statement will appear as Oakline Performance.

4. Subscribe & Save

Oakline Performance offers a Subscribe & Save program on eligible supplement products. By enrolling, you agree to the following terms:

  • Discount: Subscribers receive a 15% discount on each recurring shipment compared to the one-time purchase price.
  • Billing interval: Subscriptions are billed on a fixed 30-day interval from the date of your initial order. The billing frequency cannot be changed; all subscriptions ship every 30 days.
  • Automatic renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew and your payment method will be charged every 30 days until you cancel.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time by calling us at 855-648-7636 or emailing [email protected]. Cancellations take effect before the next billing cycle. There are no cancellation fees.
  • No frequency changes: The 30-day shipping interval is fixed and cannot be modified. If you need a different cadence, you may cancel and place individual orders as needed.
  • Price changes: We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. If a price change affects your subscription, we will notify you by email at least 7 days before the next billing date.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within the United States only. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Standard shipping: 3–5 business days via USPS.
  • Free shipping: Orders of $0 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
  • Shipping charges: Orders under $0 are subject to a flat-rate shipping fee calculated at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Oakline Performance is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.

  • Items must be in their original, unopened condition with all packaging intact.
  • To initiate a return, contact us at [email protected] or call 855-648-7636 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Ship returns to: 19655 E 35th Drive, Suite 100, Aurora, CO 80011.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
  • Digital products (programs, downloads) are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video, data compilations, software, and the compilation thereof (collectively, the "Content"), is the property of Sunrise Living LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any Content without our prior written consent, except for your personal, non-commercial use.

The Oakline Performance name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Sunrise Living LLC. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sunrise Living LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with:

  • Your use of, or inability to use, the Site or any products purchased through the Site.
  • Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
  • Any statements or conduct of any third party on the Site.
  • Any other matter relating to the Site.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
